1-1 ONLINE Hypnobirthing Course (KGH)

Service Description

KGH is a complete antenatal Hypnobirthing course designed to release fear and build confidence during pregnancy & the birth of your baby. Katharine Graves, founder of KG Hypnobirthing and the Hypnobirthing Association has created the course and developed it over time in response to what mothers, their partners and babies need and to make it more effective. It is so much more than breathing, visualisations and relaxations for birth. You probably have many questions about how to achieve the best possible birth but only when you learn about the physiology of birth and how the mind and body work together, as well as how the medical system in which we find ourselves work so we know the questions we need to ask to achieve the birth we want. You don’t know what you don’t know without the help and information from your KGH class. This course is ran over TWO Sunday's ( 5 hour each session) with regular breaks, refreshments and lunch included. Each couple will receive all the materials needed, so you can continue your learning at home.
