From Bumps to Babies – Terms and Conditions

Please read these before booking, upon booking you will be asked to confirm if you agree.

Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on any course. By paying the deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the course begins. Failure to do so may result in your place being forfeited without refund of the deposit.

Cancellations and Refunds

• If you cancel more than 30 days before the course start date, you will receive a refund for anything paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellations within 30 days of the course start date are non-refundable, including any remaining balance if already paid.

Course Transfers

• We understand that circumstances change. If you are unable to attend your booked course, we may be able to transfer your booking to an alternative date, subject to availability.

• Transfer requests must be made at least 14 days before the course start date.

• Transfers are not guaranteed and are offered at the discretion of From Bumps to Babies.

Class Rearrangement or Cancellation by From Bumps to Babies

• From Bumps to Babies reserves the right to rearrange a class due to staff illness, accidents, or emergencies. We will always aim to provide as much notice as possible.

• If we must cancel a course (e.g. due to low participant numbers), we will provide as much notice as possible and issue a full refund, including your deposit.

Discounts

• If you are entitled to a discount, please email us before booking to request a discount code (unless you already have one). Discount codes cannot be applied after payment.

Confidentiality and Course Conduct

• We ask all participants to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. Stories and discussions shared during the course are private and must not be repeated elsewhere.

• Video or audio recording of any session is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

Professional Standards

• All sessions are delivered by qualified, insured midwives.

• The information provided is based on current, evidence-based practice, alongside professional experience.

• Any views expressed during the course are our own and are not affiliated with the NHS, any employer, or organisation.

• Our sessions are educational in nature and should not replace personal medical advice. Please consult your midwife or GP for individual medical concerns.

Use of Materials

• All course content, handouts, and materials are the intellectual property of From Bumps to Babies.

• Materials are for your personal use only and must not be copied, shared, or repurposed without written consent.

Health and Participation Disclaimer

• Please let us know of any medical conditions or additional needs before the course begins (including allergies).

• While every effort is made to provide a safe and supportive environment, you participate at your own risk.

Force Majeure

• From Bumps to Babies will not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events outside our reasonable control. This includes (but is not limited to) natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or extreme weather.
