Cancellation

 

For One to One sessions, to cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours in advance.

For Group sessions, to cancel or reschedule please contact us 30 days in advance.

Terms and conditions for group session:

1. Thank you for paying the £100.00 deposit. The remaining balance will need to be paid at least 5 working days before the first date of the class. Please wait for a payment link that will be sent to you. If you would like to pay in full at the time of booking please email me to let me know and I can send this link ASAP.

2. Please declare any allergies, disabilities or anything that I should know prior to me meeting you and your partner, via email: frombumpstobabies@outlook.com. If I do not hear from you I will presume there is nothing to declare.

3. I withhold the right to cancel any classes for personal reasons or sickness. I will give as much notice as possible. Where possible I will always reschedule and try to make this a date that suits everyone. However, if this is not possible, I will have to go with a date that suits the majority.

4. In the event of a venue change I will give at least 48 hours’ notice via phone or email. It will still be local to the original venue.

5. For any GROUP course, if there are not more than 2 couples booked on 1 week before the course I may unfortunately have to cancel. I will rearrange this for you, if you do not wish to proceed with the new dates, please let me know.).

6. We are a group of qualified practicing midwives. Fully insured. The information on the course is constructed on evidence-based research, my professional and personal opinions.

7. Any follow up information or e-books are for your use only and must not be shared or distributed.

8. If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 please do NOT attend. 

9. As face masks are no longer legal it is up to you to decide if you would like to wear one. 

 

Terms and conditions for one-one ONLINE session

 

1. I withhold the right to cancel any class()s for personal reasons or sickness. I will give as much notice as possible. Where possible I will always reschedule for a date that suits us both.

2. Our sessions are confidential unless I feel that you are a danger to yourself or someone else. Then I would have to follow appropriate guidance.

3. Any follow up information or e-books are for your use only and must not be shared or distributed.

4. Please not this session is ONLINE using zoom. If you are not able to use this, please let me know when booking the class.
